Chili

Easy weeknight chili that is healthy enough for me to think I'm being healthy when I eat it. Lots of protein, lots of fiber, low to no saturated fat. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
Ingredients
| Ingredient | Amount |
|---|---|
| 96% Lean Ground Turkey | 1lb |
| Kidney Beans | 16 fl. oz. (1 can, drained) |
| Black Beans | 16 fl. oz. (1 can, drained) |
| Diced tomatoes | 8 fl. oz. (1 can Rotel/Hatch/Whatever, sometimes with peppers, NOT drained) |
| Vegetable Oil | 1 Tbs |
| Salt | 1 Tbs |
| Cumin | 1 Tbs |
| Chile Powder (note the "e" here, something like New Mexico Chile powder works well) | 4 Tbs |
| Garlic Powder | 1 Tbs |
| Onion Powder | 1 Tbs |
Directions
- Heat vegetable oil in deepish pan and brown all the turkey. I say "deepish" because you're going to be throwing in a lot more than just 1 lb of turkey when all is said and done.
 - Open all your sad canned food and drain the kidney and black beans
 - Once turkey is browned lower the temperature of the pan and dump in all the other ingredients
 - Stir pan until combined and allow to simmer for A While™
 - Eat it good.
